News - Press Release
TechnipFMC has received one of its highest client ratings to date, with Azule Energy Angola awarding the company a 4.71 out of 5 Customer Satisfaction score for 2026 in recognition of its performance on the Agogo/Ndungu development. This strong recognition reflects the trust our client places in our teams and the quality of execution delivered across one of the most complex flexible pipe scopes ever undertaken.
The latest rating marks a steady rise over the past three years—up from 4.32 in 2024 and 4.58 in 2025—underscoring TechnipFMC’s sustained commitment to delivering certainty, reliability, and value. It is a direct reflection of how the companies’ teams worked together, collaboratively and with full transparency.
The Agogo project is notable for its scale and complexity. It represents one of the largest flexible pipe supply scope ever awarded under a single contract, with 120 km of flexible pipes across 170 sections. Despite the unprecedented technical demands, TechnipFMC delivered the work scope safely, on schedule, and without disruption to client vessel operations.
The project reached first oil in July 2025, several months ahead of Azule Energy’s original timeline.
“TechnipFMC’s collaborative approach and disciplined execution were key to achieving our objectives safely and on schedule. This score reflects a strong and trusted partnership,” said Lorenzo Dell ‘Orto, Package Manager, Azule Energy.
Beyond the operational performance, the survey results underscore a broader theme: trust.
The seamless and proactive collaboration throughout the project has strengthened Azule Energy’s confidence in TechnipFMC and is already translating into future opportunities.
With this latest recognition, TechnipFMC further solidifies its position as a trusted partner for large-scale, technically demanding offshore developments—delivering predictable outcomes in some of the industry’s most challenging environment.
