Electric gate valves + autonomous sand delivery

  • RemoteFrac performs automated electric actuation and monitors gate valves in coordination with the CyberFrac® digital backbone of the iComplete ecosystem. Sand-proof gate valves eliminate maintenance during operation. The presence of wireline is confirmed using the Speedloc™-XT fully digitized hydraulic connector on the frac tree. This combination of features for automated hydraulic frac operations also significantly reduces personnel exposure to high pressure and 
simplifies maintenance.

PadFlex™ for the long (-distance) game

RemoteFrac uses PadFlex high-pressure flexible pipe technology to enable centralized high-cycle frac operations across geographically distributed wellsites from a single connected pad:
