Not only are connections quickly made across a pad but also to multiple frac pads, supporting scalable frac services, further boosting simul-frac sand flow efficiency and enabling modern electric frac operations. Electric gate valves + autonomous sand delivery

  • RemoteFrac performs automated electric actuation and monitors gate valves in coordination with the CyberFrac® digital backbone of the iComplete ecosystem. Sand-proof gate valves eliminate maintenance during operation. The presence of wireline is confirmed using the Speedloc™-XT fully digitized hydraulic connector on the frac tree. This combination of features for automated hydraulic frac operations also significantly reduces personnel exposure to high pressure and 
simplifies maintenance.

PadFlex™ for the long (-distance) game

RemoteFrac uses PadFlex high-pressure flexible pipe technology to enable centralized high-cycle frac operations across geographically distributed wellsites from a single connected pad:

  • Complete wells miles away from the centralized pad to avoid the inefficiency introduced by moving pads
  • Accelerate rig-up through significantly faster, fewer connections
  • Employ numerous industry-firsts: low friction factor of the inner liner for the lowest possible pressure drop, higher flow supported by best mechanical handling of erosion, and safer end connection clamps that prevent using precarious hammer unions or leak-prone flanges.
