Global remotely operated vehicle (ROV) operations require global support and TechnipFMC has the capability and capacity to deliver comprehensive technical support. Our technical support is provided to all clients at no additional cost or post-delivery fee including a 24/7, 365 days a year helpline to support urgent technical requests supplemented by a dedicated email address for non-urgent technical needs direct or through the client’s Oracle portal.
Proactive communications
Additional support is provided by the technical support team where a technical support engineer can be assigned to discuss operational needs and requirements. This method of proactive communication and technical tracking has proven to be effective and valuable with multiple clients

Client portal
We now offer an integrated Schilling Robotics client-specific portal. The portal makes available technical data, drawings, certification and ROV build information in one location for easy access.
Technical alerts and software updates can be uploaded to the portal, which also tracks workflows and other reports. By reducing the complexity of storing and retrieving information, the portal provides greater efficiencies for clients interfacing with our technical support.
