Our technical support is provided to all clients at no additional cost or post-delivery fee including a 24/7, 365 days a year helpline to support urgent technical requests supplemented by a dedicated email address for non-urgent technical needs direct or through the client’s Oracle portal.

Proactive communications

Additional support is provided by the technical support team where a technical support engineer can be assigned to discuss operational needs and requirements. This method of proactive communication and technical tracking has proven to be effective and valuable with multiple clients

Client portal

We now offer an integrated Schilling Robotics client-specific portal. The portal makes available technical data, drawings, certification and ROV build information in one location for easy access.

Technical alerts and software updates can be uploaded to the portal, which also tracks workflows and other reports. By reducing the complexity of storing and retrieving information, the portal provides greater efficiencies for clients interfacing with our technical support.

Online Spares Ordering System

Schilling Robotics provides a web-based portal for the ordering of spare parts to support our clients’ operations as part of our global aftermarket service. The portal offers the client a streamlined and economic process to secure quotes and issue orders directly through the portal 24/7. Clients can access the inventory through the portal and track the status of all orders placed through the portal.

On-site service

We support clients worldwide with factory trained technicians for integration and mobilization. Services include vessel installation and commissioning, sea trials support, on-site maintenance and upgrade support and emergency callout.
