TechnipFMC (NYSE: FTI) (Paris: FTI) signed the renewal of its strategic partnership agreement for innovation and technology development with IFP Energies nouvelles (IFPEN – French Institute of Petroleum and New Energies).
This renewal comes as a result of the close collaboration between TechnipFMC and IFPEN initiated since the invention of the flexible pipeline more than 40 years ago. It will also explore new technologies in the field of the energy transition, renewables and carbon capture in order to anticipate the evolutions of our energy industrial domain.
“We are delighted to renew this partnership agreement which outlines the strong ties and synergies with TechnipFMC. IFPEN remains committed to supporting innovation and competitiveness in the energy sector as the industry looks for solutions to the energy and climate challenges it faces", says Didier Houssin, IFPEN's Chairman and CEO.
