Tablet donations help five UK charities

TechnipFMC’s Westhill Campus in Aberdeen, U.K., has donated a number of electronic tablets to local charities, helping them stay connected with the communities who rely so much on their support.

Company travel points – accumulated by our previous provider – enabled TechnipFMC to make the donations to SensationALL, Clan Cancer Support, Kayleigh’s Wee Stars, AberNecessities and Charlie House. The organizations provide much-needed support throughout North-east Scotland.

Sarah Cridland, Vice President Projects and Commercial UK, said: “During the past 15 months, face-to-face interaction has been difficult for everyone and to provide these charitable organizations with such a lifeline is really rewarding.

“We have all had to adapt to new ways of working in the virtual world and we are pleased to be able to make such a positive difference to the local community.”

Our ESG commitment – rooted in our foundational belief of Sustainability – encouraged us to make a difference in the communities where we live and work by fostering long-term, positive and enduring social impacts.
