Our focus on corporate governance underpins the integrity of our business.
Our Board of Directors (Board) is responsible for ensuring the long-term success of TechnipFMC. The Board is responsible for pursuing, understanding, and implementing a sound strategy for the success of the Company, relying upon a framework of corporate governance and internal controls that are designed to protect the Company’s assets and interests.
The day-to-day management of the business is delegated to the executive leadership team, apart from matters specifically reserved for the Board’s decision.
Our Corporate Governance Guidelines contain general principles and practices regarding the function of the Board and its committees. These guidelines establish a framework to guide the Board in its oversight responsibilities in a manner that is independent of management and aligned with the interests of our shareholders.
The Board delegates certain duties and powers to Board committees. Our Board maintains an Audit Committee, a Compensation and Talent Committee, and an Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee. The Board continually reviews the scope of responsibilities of its committees to ensure that each functions appropriately to provide requisite oversight and guidance.
