Recruitment Fraud

Important Notice

Individuals or groups falsely claiming to represent TechnipFMC may use various methods of communication, including email, text messages, social media, or letters.

These communications may appear legitimate, often referencing job descriptions, compensation packages, and benefits to create a sense of authenticity. Scammers may solicit payment not only for visas or immigration-related documents—sometimes directing recipients to third-party organizations that charge processing fees—but also to participate in the recruitment process itself, such as interviews or assessments. In some cases, they may promise reimbursement for these costs to further the illusion of legitimacy.

Stay Alert

Exercise caution if you receive any communication about potential employment or an invitation to apply via a public email address appearing to be from TechnipFMC.

Please note: TechnipFMC will never request money transfers or any form of payment at any stage of the recruitment process. If you have applied through official channels, rest assured that all required information has already been received.

Be aware that individuals may impersonate TechnipFMC employees on social media. Always apply for jobs through our official career site and never share sensitive personal information elsewhere.

Verify Authenticity

Refer to the following guidelines if you have any concerns about the authenticity of a communication:

  • TechnipFMC does not extend job offers without conducting a formal interview process.
  • All prospective employees will be invited to an interview with TechnipFMC personnel and/or agencies acting on TechnipFMC behalf prior to any employment offer. Systems-generated communications may be used to arrange interviews. TechnipFMC will never request money transfers or any form of payment as part of the recruitment process and bears no responsibility for such payments due to fraudulent offers.
  • Emails from TechnipFMC employees always end in "@TechnipFMC.com".  Please note that  system generated emails from TechnipFMC’s recruitment platform will always end in @TechnipFMC.com”, “@successfactors.com” OR “@noreply.jobs2web.com” These are genuine. Text or WhatsApp messages can also be generated by our systems. You can always verify the authenticity of information provided by logging in to our TechnipFMC Career portal via https://careers.technipfmc.com/.
  • TechnipFMC may, from time to time, engage authorized third –party partners to carry-out recruitment on their behalf. These partners will never request sensitive information (e.g., bank details) or any form of payment. They will refer you to our official TechnipFMC Career portal to complete your application at some stage of the recruitment process and prior to the employment offer.
