A social commitment that gives something back

TechnipFMC is a global company with an international commitment to inclusivity, equity, and social justice. We work globally to reduce social disparities, improve quality of life, and promote well-being within our business and the communities where we live and work.

Our Company’s Core Values of Realizing Possibilities, Achieving Together and Building Trust help us foster a global community where all of us are working towards the same goals. They also help us to look beyond our company, to consider how we can have a positive impact on the world through helping others.

We become part of a wider community through volunteering.

We work with others to help them achieve their goals, and we want to be part of that wider community with respect and trust at our heart.

As a business, we believe strongly in contributing to the communities in which we live and work and that is why every employee is given four hours each year for volunteering time off with full pay.

We do that through our global engagement platform, iVolunteer, which offers in-person and virtual volunteering opportunities for our employees.

Our ESG Scorecard sets out clear volunteering targets – it says we will support 800 volunteering initiatives over 2021 to 2023. By the end of 2022, the second year of our current three-year plan, we had been part of 574 volunteering initiatives – 72 percent of our target. We are confident of achieving, if not exceeding, our goals, thanks to the generosity and commitment of our people around the world.

CEO Action for Racial Equity

In 2017, our CEO signed the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge, the largest business led initiative to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. In 2020, Candace Axel was appointed to represent TechnipFMC in the CEO Action for Racial Equity (CEOARE) Fellowship, which was set up to advance racial equity through corporate and community engagement.

We have pledged our support to five focus areas: food equity, early childhood education, closing the digital divide, supplier diversity and Historically Black Colleges & Universities engagement. This pledge is an important step in reinforcing our commitment to an equitable workplace and society.
