TechnipFMC in Norway offers comprehensive solutions in Onshore/Offshore, Subsea and Surface Technologies. We have unparalleled expertise and a long history of involvement in complex major projects.
TechnipFMC has been at the forefront of the oil and gas industry in Norway since 1978. Throughout this period, we have taken part in major field developments such as Åsgard, Ekofisk, Snorre and Statfjord.
We operate 15 facilities, employ more than 3,000 people, and are the biggest oil service company in Norway. We passed a milestone when we won our groundbreaking first integrated Engineering, Production, Construction and Installation (iEPCI™) contract from Equinor for its Trestakk oil and associated gas field in the Norwegian Sea. We believe that iEPCI™ is set to be the future of subsea.
Our integrated offering will be delivered to Neptune Energy and Lundin. And we are an important partner on the Equinor Hywind renewable offshore windfarm development.
Norway is our center of expertise in controls and automation, and the headquarters for our digital services and innovations. In addition, our head office for subsea processing is located here, incorporating services such as subsea separation, subsea pumping, subsea gas compression and subsea power.
Other projects include Johan Sverdrup field development and the Aasta Hansteen spar.
We also provide life-of-field services, installation and strategic planning solutions that improve field uptime, lower life cycle costs and increase recovery.
